Mercure Gdynia Centrum

I had hoped for a complimentary upgrade, but I received nothing. The restaurant food was only lukewarm, unacceptable. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

Super location, beautifully renovated hotel, delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was good, but also very expensive, we ate well in the evening and paid less for drinks and espresso.

There was a disgusting smell in the room, which had not changed even after hours of airing. It smelled like three big sweating wet dogs. In the evening we asked for another room at the reception, where we were told that there was no room available in our category. The next day we could move.

Consider requesting a sea-view room for amazing panoramas and enjoy discounts on parking when you ask at the reception upon arrival.

Really GREAT experience there. Excellent place with magnificent views of sea. Super location at a walking distance from a Polish full - rigged sailing ship. In the lovely area with an oceanarium and a cinema near the hotel. Welcoming service, fantastic staff during stay.

Breakfast was first class. Indoor swimming pool TOP. Well air-conditioned. Central location. Again and again gladly!

The breakfast we offered was really good. The location of the hotel too. Situated directly at the harbour.

It was in principle an old hotel from social time, some color and voilà ready is the Mercure. The bathroom was in original condition! The alcoholics next door were incredibly loud.

Great location by the beach with easy access.

The room felt very dated and was poorly maintained, with dusty cups and a lack of basic amenities. The swimming pool was disappointing, too cold and crowded with swimming lessons. I found the service in the restaurant to be dreadfully slow and lacking in variety.

The hotel had a marvellous and stunning location quite close to a performing arts theater. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast are very good. It was very helpful for us that the breakfast already started at 06:30.

The WLAN should have a secured page so that it is accepted by our company computer.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and the Danuta Baduszkowa Music Theatre. The staff were really nice, even arranging a birthday surprise. Highly recommend checking out the local dining spots and the InfoBox, Observatory of Changes.

Parking can be a hassle at night, especially during events at the nearby theatre. It's important to plan ahead to avoid circling the area looking for a spot.

No access to tea, coffee or soft drinks before 0630. No bar snacks. I was overcharged for pay TV.

Comfortable hotel convenient to downtown Gdynia and to the waterfront - plan to stay here on future visits.
